Tofu Pad Thai

  • Rice Noodles (any brand works!)
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Tamarind Paste
  • Coconut Sugar
  • Sesame Oil
  • Peanut butter

Step-by-step Instructions:

Step 1: Start cooking the rice noodles and set them aside.
